Rental Guidelines & Policies
+–- Reservations will not be accepted for Sundays, without special permission from Farm Foundation.
- All groups and organizations using Farm Foundation facilities must contract for all food service using the approved vendor list provided by Farm Foundation.
- Events must comply with local noise ordinances and event regulations.
- Rental fees include basic setup and teardown services; additional fees may apply for specialized setups.
- There are no overnight guests allowed on the property without written permission from Farm Foundation and applicable fees.
- All 3rd-party vendors must be approved with Farm Foundation.
- The inclusion of alcohol is permitted if provided through a certified and insured caterer.
- Equipment and décor setup and breakdown, and cleaning, must be included in the contracted rental time.
- The contracted caterer manages setup and breakdown for full service events.
- Please inquire for non-profit rental pricing.
Agreement & Cancellation Policy
+–To guarantee your reservation, you must sign and submit the agreement with a 50% deposit of the facility rental amount. Your reservation will not be guaranteed without a signed contract and deposit. Reservations may not be made in excess of 36 months prior to the event date. More information on the cancellation policies is available in the contract.
