Luke Gosse

Luke Gosse grew up on his family’s corn and soybean farm south of Jesup, Iowa. Luke’s passion for agriculture stems from his childhood years working on the farm, as well as his active involvement in the local FFA chapter. In 2016, Luke graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business. While at Iowa State, he remained actively involved in his family’s farm while also serving in agricultural leadership roles on campus, including via Alpha Gamma Rho. After graduating, Luke worked as a credit analyst at Rabo AgriFinance analyzing large-scale farming operations for input financing. Then, he accepted a role as a loan officer at Farm Credit Services of America, where he worked directly with producers to develop holistic farm financing packages. Today, Luke serves as the Chief Operating Officer for his wife’s family farming operation, the Blue Diamond Farming Company, in Jesup and resides with his wife and high school sweetheart Lauren in the neighboring community of Cedar Falls.
