Jack Long is a second-year graduate student at Oklahoma State University. His focus is in agriculture business with an emphasis on livestock markets and agricultural policy. While at Oklahoma State, he is working directly with the Ferguson College of Agriculture to create extension fact sheets on current state policy.
He has served as an OSU Alumni Ambassador and is also the Graduate Student and Professional Government Association (GSPGA) representative for the Department of Agricultural Economics. His work experiences include the United States Department of Agriculture, Missouri Cattlemen’s Association, and Cornerstone Government Affairs. He plans to pursue a career in agriculture policy and ultimately work in livestock marketing.
