Program Overview
Field to Future is a two-year leadership and career-development experience designed to inspire and prepare the next generation of agriculture and food-sector leaders.
Created in partnership with PepsiCo and the PepsiCo Foundation, the program gives undergraduate students a deep understanding of production agriculture, food processing, marketing, and agribusiness, while building professional skills and connections.
