Corey Johnson

Corey Johnson is a fifth-generation farmer from Peotone, Illinois. He farms with his father, raising 800 acres of corn and soybeans, with certified organic and conventional acres of both. The operation utilizes cover crops, no-till, and strip-till on all acres.

Corey graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in crop sciences agribusiness and serves on the Will-South Cook Soil and Water Conservation District as a director. He also owns a small agriculture soil testing company and spends free time tractor pulling with the Illinois Tractor Pulling Association.
