Policy and Competitiveness in a Changing Global Food Industry

At this April 28, 2005, conference, representatives from the international food industry, government and academia examined how domestic and trade policies impact competitiveness and trade in food products. Farm Foundation sponsored this conference in collaboration with USDA’s Economic Research Service, Pennsylvania State University and the International Food and Agribusiness Management Association. A  conference summary is available. This conference was a followup to a 2003 workshop on Global Markets for High Value Foods.
