January 2018 - New York State

In January 2018 the Farm Foundation Round Table will meet January 10-12, 2018 in New York State.

Meeting sessions will be at Stone Barns, Pocantico Hills, NY, with transportation provided from the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

The Round Table program will examine The Future of Supermarkets.  Check out some of the  industry leaders who will be part of the program.

Meeting Registration:
Meeting registration packets were mailed Oct. 23.  If you don't receive your packet by Oct. 30, contact Morgan Craven.

The deadline to register for the meeting is close of business on Friday, Dec. 22, 2017.

Refunds will be available until Jan. 2, 2017, which is when we must lock in numbers and costs with the meeting facilities.

The Round Table room rate is $139 per night, single or double, plus tax. To secure this rate, reservations must be made by close of business on Friday, Dec. 19, 2017.

Hotel parking is available in a covered secured parking garage. Self-parking rates are $13 per 24 hours; valet rates are $22 per 24 hours.

The hotel offers transportation to and from the Westchester County Airport daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The service departs the hotel at the top of every hour. For a pickup at the airport, request the service by calling the hotel at (914) 682-0050.
