Call for Nominations Is Open for Farm Foundation Next Generation Programs and Ag Econ Fellowship
The call for nominations is now open for several Farm Foundation programs. These are the January 2024 Cultivators, the 2024 Agricultural Scholars, and the 2024 Agricultural Economics Fellow programs.
Farm Foundation Cultivators: Students attend and present at the January Farm Foundation Round Table meeting in Hawaii and are matched with a Round Table Fellow mentor. The program is open to undergraduate and graduate students. The nomination deadline is October 23, 2023.
Farm Foundation USDA ERS Agricultural Scholars: Students participate in year-long slate of opportunities and events and are paired with a USDA ERS mentor. The program is open to graduate students in agricultural and applied economics. The nomination deadline is October 23, 2023.
Farm Foundation Agricultural Economics Fellow: This is a paid part-time faculty-level Fellowship. The Fellow will participate in year-long slate of opportunities and events, and is connected with a USDA OCE mentor. The 2024 Fellow’s work will focus on sustainability and trade. The nomination deadline is October 20, 2023.
