Nicole Ledoux is the Co-Founder and CEO of 88 Acres, creating healthy snacks and pantry staples with the power of seeds. Named after the size of her family farm, Ledoux launched 88 Acres in 2015 alongside her husband Rob, and built a manufacturing facility in the inner city of Boston in order to fuel purposeful job creation into an area of need. 88 Acres’ seed platform now extends across bars, butters, granola clusters, and dressings, which can be found across partners such as Whole Foods, Target, jetBlue and many more.
Prior to launching 88 Acres, Ledoux spent over 10 years in finance, trading fixed income options as well as physical commodities for State Street and Constellation Energy respectively. She received her MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from UMass Amherst.
When not running around between the 88 Acres bakery and office, Ledoux spends time with husband Rob, their son Emmett, and newborn daughter Parker, enjoying lots of outdoor activities especially on her family’s farm in Central Massachusetts.
