Mexico/US/Canada Trade Disputes Workshop

More than 60 academic, industry and government agency representatives from Canada, Mexico and the United States participated in this Tucson workshop, Feb. 16-17, 2001. They addressed the extent to which multinational firms and structural changes reduce the importance of domestic agricultural policy. This was the seventh in a series of workshops to explore the impacts of NAFTA on the North American food system. Here is an  executive summary, distributed to private and public decision makers. A longer proceedings volume was also printed. Click here for more from Farm Foundation.
